Empowering Young Adults
Parent Workshop
Gain a sense of excitement about launching your adult child
This training helps parents and mentors to create environments where it is safe for young people to birth "the real me" (their natural genius). It also provides them with the skills to be at home on the planet and self-reliant in this culture.

Our educational system and culture often discourages young people from fully discovering and integrating their authentic selves. There is an unspoken pressure to conform and join the consumer culture.
This three-day workshop gives parents and mentors tools to recognize and celebrate the natural genius in youth so that they can shine and thrive as adults.
- Learn how to listen in a way that releases "the fear of being real" and create an environment where limiting beliefs and behaviors can be left behind.
- Gain new insights on how to model authentic adulthood that matches your own personal genius and fosters a willingness in youth to seek empowered adulthood.
- Avoid rescuing youth from the pain that comes from resisting change and growth.
- Discover how to build remarkable and honest adult-to- adult relationships with young adults.
- Create meaningful ceremonies (rites of passage) that lovingly anchor and release youth into their own excellence.

creativity, awareness, and entreprenial skills.
Explore inner and outer nature
as you prepare for the way adulthood is best lived.
This program is created for those with the desire to live from a place of passion, purpose and adventure. The training prepares you to be at home on the planet and provides the tools to succeed in Western culture.
The purpose is to mentor a young person into empowered adulthood,
to awaken leaders who can co-create a new culture
where everyones unique gifts are valued,
where we live sustainable on the earth,
and eventually have a community of Elders to guide us.
